How
do custom logos work?
Our custom logo order forms
include fields where you can tell us exactly what you want. We'll
make the first draft of your logo based on that information. You
then tell us what you like / don't like in draft 1 and we create
draft 2 based on your feedback. The logo is bounced back and forth
in this way until you tell us to stop. With our Platinum
logo package there is no maximum number of alterations. We'll
keep at it until you are happy. With our Gold
and Silver logo packages we'll send you
a maximum of 30 and 15 unique designs respectively - and you receive
unlimited redraw sessions. Find out more about any of these

What if
I don't like the logo you make for me?
We offer a full and unconditional
money-back guarantee, so we know we either have to get it right
or loose the sale.
Do you
make it easy to get a refund?
When you order, you'll get
a personal (not automated) thank-you note from André le
Roux, owner of Biz-Logo.com. Save that email somewhere. To get
a refund, simply email back to André and put "Refund"
in the subject line. That's it. No explanation needed. No questions
asked.
Which custom
logo package should I choose?
For most clients the Silver
logo package is best. Most of the time the 15 unique logos
(max.) and the unlimited alterations are more than enough.
If
you order our Silver logo package and want to upgrade to gold
later on, you pay only the difference.
You can also tell
us what you need. We'll create a custom quote for you and
deliver it via email within 1 business day. We won't send you
any reminders, special offers or other junk mail afterwards. Just
your free quote, only once.
