Biz-Logo.com can however not guarantee that its designs are unique as it is conceivable that someone somewhere has created a design that is similar to ours. It does also happen that dishonest designers copy designs from the Biz-Logo.com web site and present them as original designs to their clients. It is conceivable that a stolen design might be successfully registered as a trademark. Biz-Logo.com strongly urges its clients to register their designs as trademarks as soon as possible after completion of the design process and before the design is used. Biz-Logo.com will not be liable for damages should any design infringe upon the rights of a third party. Biz-Logo.com offers no guarantee regarding the availability of trade names or trademarks. If a client's trademark registration fails due to the prior existence of a similar design, Biz-Logo.com will work with the client to make the necessary alterations to the logo, free of charge.

Biz-Logo.com's responsibility can under no circumstances exceed the cost paid by a client for products or services offered.

The set of rights conferred to Biz-Logo.com by this section does not, in any way, create obligations for Biz-Logo.com. These rights may be applied entirely at the discretion of Biz-Logo.com.
